USISI understands that often quick delivery is needed, which is why we provide Express as well as Standard delivery options. All delivery timeframes provided are for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, occasionally some things are beyond our control. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will endeavour to resolve with the courier as quickly as possible.
For Next Business Day in the U.K., you must order by midday GMT/BST Mon - Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) to be dispatched that day.
For Saturday Delivery in the U.K., you must order by 1 p.m. GMT/BST Mon - Fri to (excluding Bank Holidays) be dispatched that day.
For Express order within the EU, orders placed at any time will be received within 5-10 days.
For Global Express service for the rest of the world, orders placed at any time will be received within 7-10 days (Please note that our goods are shipped duties unpaid, which means the receiver of the good will be liable to pay customs and duties taxes upon arrival).
A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Customs and duty fees not included, we do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival.
Orders are shipped in USISI branded boxes, within non-branded post bags.
If you are not completely satisfied please return your order to us within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused condition and with all original packaging and tags still attached.
How to Make a Return – UK

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in exactly the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we don't do free returns at this point in time. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchange may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery of returns can take up to three working days, and once received by USISI a further 48 working hours to be processed. If you have not received a return confirmation email within this time, please contact us at info@Usisi-Sister.com and we will investigate further.
Free Shipping Promotion
Standard terms and conditions still apply during any free shipping promotion.
Any free shipping promotions are subject to USISI’s right to do the following at any time: (i) cancel the promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's right to benefit from it and (iii) amend the terms and conditions of the promotion.
This promotion is valid in conjunction with other offers and can be used more than once. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase or alternative shipping option such as express shipping. It is valid only on USISI’s web-stores or on orders placed via phone to USISI’s web-store.
Free shipping promotions are with our standard shipping services. USISI do not guarantee or are responsible for standard shipping times.
No Refund or exchange is offered on sale items. No other discount codes can be used in conjunction with the sale.
