When will I receive my order?
Orders will be despatched next working day and shipped via DHL express.
UK: Next working day
EUROPE: 2-3 business days
USA: 3-4 business days
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-4 business days
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before your Items have been dispatched, you need to let us know. In order to do so, you will need to confirm in writing to info@usisi-sister.com.
If you wish to cancel after the Items have been dispatched, then you need to let us know within 14 days after the day on which you receive your Items, again by emailing info@usisi-sister.com. Once we have received an email from you of your wish to cancel your order you will need to return the items and will have to bear the direct cost of returning the Items.

How do I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
Where do you not ship to?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to PO boxes or to Russia.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns & exchange policy?
Returns:
Although we hope that your order delights you, if you are not totally satisfied with your items, we will offer a full return policy within 14 days.
Start by emailing info@usisi-siser.com with your return request and order number and you will be sent instruction via customer care.
All returns must be sent back in their original packing and in the original condition. Once your order is delivered to us it will be inspected to make sure its unworn and original condition, you will be refunded the purchase price.
UK: We offer free domestic returns (UK only) – please contact info@usisi-sister.com
WORLDWIDE: Unfortunately, we do NOT do free worldwide returns at this point in time. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchange may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange and item, you must first return the original item, and place the new order. We will refund you for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

We stock XS-XL sizing. Which range from a UK6 to a UK16. Please see our size table for more information.
